Sandi has a been a certified personal trainer with over 10 years experience in the fitness industry. She brings a tremendous amount of passion into teaching health and wellness.
She enjoys sharing her knowledge of nutrition to ensure that her clients get the results they are looking for by advising them on the proper nutrition needs to support her training program.
Sandi has successfully competed in 2 figure competitions and is currently training for a competition this summer.
